In our one-to-one mentoring program, one Big (youth mentor) is matched with one child (AKA a Little), to build a mentoring friendship by spending time together doing fun activities in the community!
Show up as yourself. You don’t have to be perfect, just present. Plus, we give you the support and tools you need.

We are so excited to be bringing the magic of BBBS Mentoring to Pinnacle Academy this school year with an after-school buddies program!
When?
Monthly programming on Thursdays, 3:30-5:00PM
Who? We are looking for 30 current high school students (ages 15+) or Greater Cleveland community members, to be paired with 1st-3rd grade Littles to play, help with homework, and build a supportive friendship

Our Big Futures Program empowers teens to envision life beyond high school while building the essential career and life skills needed to make that future a reality.
VOLUNTEER WITH OR SUPPORT BIG FUTURES
Join us for a low-pressure, high-fun activity with youth (Littles) who are eagerly waiting for a long-term mentor. By spending just two hours or so matched 1:1 or in a small group with waiting Littles, you give them a memorable experience and help brighten their heart and yours.
With over 75 kids currently waiting for a match, a couple hours can make a meaningful impact right when it’s needed most.

How HUSBAND & WIFE Found Joy Mentoring Siblings Hope and Noah
Husband and wife Bigs Hyo and Lindsay have found immense joy mentoring sibling Littles, Hope and Noah! Matched through shared interests, they’ve formed a strong, adventure-filled bond. Whether they’re trying Indian food, visiting the local library, creating art, or rebuilding engines, every outing is packed with learning and fun.
By balancing group activities with dedicated one-on-one time, Hyo and Lindsay ensure both Hope and Noah get individual attention. Hyo and Lindsay look forward to every outing just as much as the kids do, and they can’t wait for all the adventures ahead!
