A post-secondary success program that inspires youth to imagine life beyond high school and empowers them to develop the essential career and life skills to achieve it.

EMPOWER

Youth receive an action-packed workbook with conversation starters, hands-on activities, and guided reflection prompts that make career exploration and life skill building meaningful and fun with their mentor. Youth earn rewards as they reach milestones.

The workbook gives us a structure for having important conversations about skills and strengths. The events are opportunities for my Little to practice being productively uncomfortable.

CONNECT

Youth engage in quarterly immersive events where they learn alongside peers, build skills, expand their networks, and gain momentum toward future goals.

My favorite part of the event was collaborating with my team and feeling like my voice was heard.

THE FUTURE LOOKS BIG

Matcha, Mentorship, and Lu’s Creative Dreams

Connecting over matcha, Little Lu and Big Kate have turned visits to local bookstores and coffee shops into meaningful mentoring moments. Together, they use the Big Futures workbook to explore strengths, set SMART goals, and have thoughtful conversations about career pathways and future plans.

Inspired by local conventions and fairs, Lu has been channeling their artistic talents into creating products with the goal of selling their work.

Through Big Futures Rewards, Lu received a sticker printer, an exciting step forward that will help bring their creative vision to life and support their entrepreneurship journey.

Jayvion’s Path to Independence and Growth

For Little Jayvion, Big Futures has become a launchpad for building real-world skills. With program support and resources, he secured a summer job and gained valuable experience, developing workplace skills, and taking an important step toward greater independence.

Jayvion has embraced Big Futures engagement opportunities. By attending nearly every program event, he has meaningfully volunteered, connected with peers and professionals, and explored new career pathways.

Through hands-on experiences and new connections, Little Jayvion is building the skills he needs for his BIG future.
