Our President and CEO, Jessica Payne, knows firsthand the lasting impact of mentorship. Enrolled in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland as an eight-year-old, Jessica’s journey has come full circle as she now leads the organization dedicated to creating meaningful mentoring relationships that help young people reach their full potential.

We’re proud to celebrate our President and CEO, Jessica Payne, on being named one of Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 honorees for 2025. This recognition highlights Jessica’s commitment to strengthening our community and advancing our mission to ignite the power and promise of youth through meaningful mentoring relationships.

Big Brother Pat and his Little Brother, Sam , share their inspiring mentoring journey and the lasting impact of their relationship. With more than 100 kids across Northeast Ohio waiting for a mentor—and a critical need for male volunteers—their story shows how just a few hours a month can help a young person build confidence, discover their potential, and thrive.
