Each year, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland partners with the NFL Inspire Change initiative for the Big Draft. As the NFL drafts their next team of all-star players, BBBS drafts our next team of all-star Bigs! 

Learn what it means to be a Big - join us at our mixer to meet our staff, current Bigs, Board Members, and community. Hear how a few hours a month or a being a Big for a Day can inspire a child towards their best future and further ignite their potential.

Join the BBBS crew for another edition of Big Futures, where youth ages 13+ are invited to learn about careers, practice life skills, interact with peers, and more! 

Big Futures helps teens explore what’s possible for their future. In this two-hour session, youth will engage in hands-on activities that build self-awareness, confidence, and career readiness. During this interactive workshop, supportive adult volunteers will guide youth in bringing their possibilities to life!
